Make Your Own Pumpkin Spice Latte

Nothing screams Fall quite like switching your coffee order to something festive like the classic PSL. However, sometimes waiting in the chaos of a coffee shop for this Fall favorite just isn't worth it! That's why I found the best recipe for you to make one at home that's just as good and surely to put you in the Fall spirit. 

Here's what you'll need: 

• 2 cups of milk (dairy or non-dairy)

•  2 tablespoons pumpkin puree

•  1 to 3 tablespoons sugar, depending on how sweet you like it!

•  1 tablespoon vanilla extract

•  1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

•  1/2 cup strong hot coffee

•  Whipped cream, for serving

Now for the how-to: 

• Add milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar to a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until hot, but do not boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in the vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and the coffee.
• Divide the mixture between two mugs. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice for the perfect Fall garnish!
