FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is the cost $99 per box or $99 per year?

Your Beachly box costs $99 per box. Each box contains $250+ retail value inside, and the boxes are delivered every 3 months (four times per year).

When does the next batch ship?

Winter Boxes are expected to start shipping the first week of December and will do so continuously through February. Once your box ships, you'll receive an email notification with tracking.

When does Beachly ship and how long does it take to receive my box?

You will be billed for your first box on the day that you sign up, and your box will generally ship within 4 business days* of your billing date. If you sign up during a pre-season sale period, your box will ship when shipping starts for that season. Once your box ships, you'll receive an email notification with tracking. Transit times vary depending on where you are located, and can range from 3 - 10 business days. Following your first box, you will be billed every 3 months ($99 plus $4.95 shipping/handling per box). For example, if you signed up on September 1st (Fall box), your next renewal would be December 1st (Winter box), and so on. You may cancel your subscription anytime. Please note, with current COVID-19 limitations and increased online shopping, carriers (FedEX, USPS, etc.) are being pushed to max capacity and shipping times could exceed the typical 3 - 10 business days. How do I cancel my account?

We would hate to see you go, but don’t worry, cancelling your subscription is simple. Head to our contact page and find options to finalize your cancellation in a few easy steps! You may cancel your account anytime, but please note that once an order has shipped, it may not be cancelled.
