It can be as simple as opening up your windows in the morning or taking walk midday to get some fresh air. Hydration is key, Beachly Babes! I personally love coffee and a good glass of wine (who doesn't!?), but I always make sure to drink more water than anything else. Water is like nature's magic drink - it helps you feel and look good on the inside and out.

This year has been a year of... well, let's be real - many disappointments and unexpected's. But that doesn't mean we should hold on to all of the negative and forget the positives.
