Meet the Founder of Earth Harbor

Earth Harbor has a pretty cool founding story - their founder, Ali, is a beach wanderer, herbalist, and health scientist who created Earth Harbor out of her treehouse kitchen. Sweet, right!? Ali grew up on the beautiful St. Simons Island, Georgia, and has always found natural beauty through her love for nature, the ocean, and island life. From marsh mud masks to sea salt sprays, creating all-natural, earth-inspired beauty products has come, well... natural, to Ali for as a long as she can remember!

So back to the treehouse - while in grad school, Ali and her husband made the decision to go off-the-grid and live in a treehouse while practicing a mindful lifestyle. Shortly after, Ali found herself in a near-fatal car accident. The trauma and aftermath of her physical and mental injuries left Ali feeling defeated and overwhelmed. At this time, Ali also found out she was pregnant with a baby boy. With the culmination of these life-altering experiences, Ali knew she had to take clean living and mindfulness to the next level. 

While making these changes, Ali found herself struggling to incorporate premium, all-natural beauty products into her routine. She knew exactly what she needed - versatility, ethical practices, natural ingredients, sustainability, affordability, and practices rooted in science. And that's when she began creating her very own beauty concoctions which is now known as Earth Harbor!
