Well, I'm here to give you the 4-1-1 on all things customization in your Beachly boxes as well as what the heck an add-ons sale is. What is customization?

If you're new to the Beachly Tribe, then you may have gone through our customization process already and chosen your favorite goodies to make your box uniquely yours! However, we know that customization can be a bit confusing if you've never been a part of a subscription box before. Luckily, that's what I'm here for. 

Customization is where we offer a selection of products or variants of individual products for our members to pick and create their own, unique box. Each season, we typically offer 1-3 customization options for returning members and then also a collection of pieces that you are guaranteed to receive. 

For example, we often offer a choice between two colors of the same product so you can choose what fits your personal style! This season, we offered the choice between the Cococabana Coverup in Tide or Coral. 

Additionally, we also offer customization based on products where you can choose your favorites from an assortment of options! Typically, you are able to choose 2-3 products out of a collection of up to 10 to build an assortment that you can truly love!

Where can I customize my box? 

Great question! If you're brand new to Beachly, you should have been redirected to customize your box post-checkout. If you did not see this option or missed it... please contact our Customer Service team immediately.

If you are returning for another season, your customization will be available via the Member Dashboard on the Beachly website during a specified time period, typically a few weeks before a new season launches. We will notify you via email, SMS, and social posts to let you know that customization is open and also post dates in the member dashboard so you can always be up-to-date.

What are add-ons?

Add-ons are always an exciting piece to every new season, and I'm so excited to tell you everything about them! Every season, we invite our members to shop a collection of beachy finds that you can "add-on" to your season's box. 

These products are added in addition to the core items you are receiving in your Beachly box, and are offered at ultraaaa discounted prices for members, of course! Here's a simple breakdown on how it works...

These products will be shipped directly in your Beachly box with the rest of your goodies and are the perfect opportunity to add an extra splash of coastal vibes to your already-beachy assortment. 

Beachly add-ons are only available for returning Beachly members. New members are able to add on some items, but is not the same assortment as our add-ons sale. You can access Add-ons via the member dashboard as well, during the same period as customization. We'll always keep you posted and let you know when this fun opportunity becomes available!
