BEACHLY TIPS: EASY WAYS TO MOVE YOUR BODY
Hey Beachly Tribe! Staying active is one of our favorite things to do. Especially for our favorite time of year... bikini season! But finding the motivation to workout every day can be a challenge. So I put together this list of easy ways to move your body without needing to put in too many hours. These habits might be small, but they'll make a big impact - guaranteed!
Take a W A L K !
Fresh air and a good walk do a whole lotta good for the body and mind. Set aside 30 minutes to step outside and take a walk. It's the perfect way to clear your mind, get some sunshine, and move your body!
Choose a move and get in the G R O O V E !
This is perfect for all Beachly Babes - from stay at home moms to gals working a desk job and everyone in-between. Choose a specific workout (lunges, jumping jacks, squats, crunches) and do 10 every hour. If you work a 9-5 and commit to 10 squats an hour, you'll complete 90 by the end of your work day! This is a great habit to keep you moving throughout the day.
Take T E N !
Give yourself ten minutes in your day to commit to a workout video. Youtube is filled with tons of workout videos. From HIIT to yoga and all everything in-between. Once you start taking ten minutes a day to focus on moving your body, it will become a healthy habit that you love!
