BEACHLY TIPS: 5 SMALL CHANGES for a BIG IMPACT!
Summer is the perfect time to make small changes in our daily routines that will make a B I G impact! These simple steps will make you feel healthier, happier, and bring even more good vibes into your day. Check out the tips down below!
1 // RISE & SHINE
Set your alarm 10 minutes earlier and slowly work your way from 10 minutes to 20 minutes until you hit one hour earlier than your usual wake up call. Setting aside that extra time and rising out of bed earlier than usual gives you a peaceful moment in the morning to get your day started. Fill this time with a morning stretch, your favorite cup of coffee, or getting some sunshine.
P.S. When you set your alarm 10 minutes earlier, try to go to bed 10 minutes earlier too. And so on and so forth. It helps!
2 // HYDRATE
Here at Beachly, we L O V E coffee. And we can't say we mind a glass of rosé every once in a while either! But first and foremost comes... water! A simple tip to make sure you drink enough water every day is to drink half of your body weight in ounces.
Pssst... if you weigh 150 pounds, you'll drink 75 ounces of water a day! It might seem like a lot, but it will make your skin glow and keep you feeling refreshed all day long.
3 // MOVE - MOVE - MOVE
All it takes is 30 minutes to get your body moving! From a gentle morning stretch to a full blown yoga flow, a bike ride or a walk along the beach. If you set aside 30 minutes to move, you'll feel better in so many ways!

4 // FOOD FUEL
Fueling your body with healthy, nutritious food is so simple but can be really hard. Let's be real... "junk food" is tasty! Instead of cutting out every "bad" type of food all at once, give yourself 30 days this Summer to cut out one type of food. Maybe it's cookies or it might be your favorite bag of chips. 30 days is all you need to turn a bad habit into a good one!
5 // GRATITUDES
Make an effort to write down what you're grateful for. Whether it's in the notes folder on your iPhone or in a Gratitude Journal! Start off with one thing you're grateful for and work your way up to 10 a day! It can be as simple as a warm cup of coffee, the sunshine, or your favorite beach!
