Let's dive in to how lifestyle plays a role - we're talking all things nutrition, exercise, and even sleep! Check out the tips down below.
Creams, lotions, and serums are great for hydrating your skin! But the number one key to glowy skin is being well-hydrated on the inside. And did you know dehydration can cause acne and wrinkles? So drink up, beach lovers!
Now I know what you're thinking... exercise? A good workout means sweat, and sweating can't be good for my complexion! But hear me out, Beachly Tribe! Exercising is a great way to decompress from stress which lowers your cortisol - aka less stress-related breakouts! Just make sure to cleanse after (sooner is better than later!).
What you eat fuels the skin you're in. Loading up on junk food and sweets? Your skin will show it! Eating leafy greens, antioxidants, and healthy fats? Much better! For hydrated, plump, clear skin -- fuel your body with healthy, nutritious foods. Berries, avocado, lots of veggies, and salmon are amazing for skin!
